Austin Gomez, Esq. commenced his legal career as a judicial intern for the Honorable John J. O’Sullivan, Chief Magistrate Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Judge O’Sullivan, appointed as a full-time U.S. Magistrate Judge in 1999 and later serving as Chief Magistrate Judge, is renowned for his expertise in federal court procedures. This experience provided Mr. Gomez with invaluable insight into the intricacies of federal litigation. During law school, he worked as a legal assistant at Witz Law in Miami Beach, focusing on real estate closings and immigration law. Upon passing the bar exam in July 2023, he became licensed to practice law in September 2023.

Following his licensure, Mr. Gomez joined a local boutique law firm as an associate attorney, where he spent 1.5 years handling business and commercial litigation, as well as transactional matters within the business realm. Mr. Gomez provided legal services in the capacity as general counsel and advising on contract review and drafting, business and civil litigation, and real estate law. Mr. Gomez’s tenure at the firm allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of business law, equipping him to effectively serve clients in various legal matters.
